How do I access the pool?
Members must be up-to-date on their dues and have an active Member Splash account in order to access the pool. Check-in will be done by an attendant who will compare the photos on your account with the people in your party. Only members with a recent photo uploaded to their account will be able to access the pool.
Can I bring guests to the Regency pool?
Yes. Regency homeowners are granted 30 free guest passes to their account each season. Additional guest passes can be purchased for $5 per guest, per day. Upon check-in, the attendant will note any guest passes required and deduct them from your account. Associate Members must purchase any guest passes for $5 per day. Guest passes can be purchased at check-in.
Is there always a lifeguard on duty?
Yes. Regency always has lifeguards on duty during normal pool hours.
How will I know if the pool is closed because of weather?
The pool manager will send out email alerts on days when the pool will be closed. Members can also check the Regency Facebook page for weather-related closings and delays.
Can a nanny/grandparent/babysitter take kids to the pool using my account?
Members and Associate Members can add up to two caregivers (grandparents, nannies, babysitters) to their account at no charge. These caregivers can access the pool as long as they are accompanying a Member or Associate Member or their immediate family.
Can we bring inflatables and pool toys?
Only pool balls made of cloth or sponge may be used in the pool. Hard balls are not allowed in the pool area. We reserve the right to confiscate any balls or toys being used in an unsafe or abusive manner.
Pool noodles are allowed as long as they are used for safe play.
Inflatable pool floats are allowed unless otherwise directed by the Pool Manager or attending lifeguards. No more than 2 people per float, no jumping on or off floats, no flipping floats or going under floats, and no floats in deep end.
Can I reserve a swim/lap lane?
Lap swimming will be permitted in the designated lap lane marked by lane ropes during designated times. All other swimmers are reminded to stay out of the lap lane when being used for lap swimming. All swimmers hanging on the lane ropes or interfering with lap swimming in a designated lap lane will be subject to the discipline policy. Lap lanes are available on a first-come, first-served basis
How can my kids join the swim team?
Regency Swim Team is open to Members and Associate Members. The cost is $100 per swimmer. Learn how to sign up here.
Is there a snack shack at the pool?
Yes. There is a snack shack by the pool with snacks, candy and refreshments for purchase.
Can we bring outside food and drink?
Yes, outside food and drink is allowed at the pool. Glass is not allowed anywhere inside the pool perimeter. All guests must clean up after themselves and refrain form eating food within 5 feet of the pool. Gum is not allowed in the pool area.
Can children go to the pool without a parent or guardian?
The minimum age to be admitted to the pool without an adult is 14 years of age. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible member age 18 or older. Unaccompanied minors are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the rules and regulations of the pool. Parents are asked to watch younger children carefully. A parent or supervising caretaker must be at the side of the pool when children under 6 years of age are swimming. This is particularly important when children use the diving boards.
Is there a kiddie pool?
Yes. The kiddie (“wading” or “toddler”) pool is for children 6 years of age and under. Children 7 years of age and older will not be permitted in the wading pool unless accompanying a younger sibling. Each child using the wading pool must be accompanied by a parent or supervising caretaker who remains inside the wading pool fenced area. Adults with children in the wading pool shall have full responsibility for the safety of their children. Lifeguards will not actively supervise the wading pool except to ensure that it is not being used by children over the age of 6 (except those who are accompanying a younger sibling).
Can I rent the pool for a private party?
The pool is not available for private parties at this time.
